Erika Baldino is an Exchange Director for Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and a Vice President of Business Development for Kensington Vanguard National Land Services. She has been a licensed title producer and Notary Public since 2013 and has closed thousands of residential and commercial title insurance transactions nationally, as well as overseen many IRC §1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Erika is known throughout the industry for her ability to clear complicated title issues, structure deals, and assist with best practices for real estate investors. She is a tireless advocate for consumer protection and transparency in deal making. She works to educate people on fair housing and property ownership in inner city neighborhoods. She keeps her pulse on real estate trends at a national and local level and is an avid networker.

Erika currently sits on the Board of Directors for Women’s Council North Central and the Paterson Rotary Club. Erika was the co-host for the American Dream TV, a lifestyle real estate show which helps promote different New Jersey communities. She has sat on the Board of Directors for the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce and Eastern American CDC. She volunteered as the Affiliate and YPN Chair for the Passaic County and North Central Board of Realtors. Erika is a proud ALTA member and has also been recognized as an Emerging Leader in Commercial Real Estate by the Rutgers University Center for Real Estate. Her title expertise has been featured on various podcasts, blogs, and webinars.

Passionately, Erika’s personal goal is to empower other women to make financially smart decisions and build independence through Real Estate holdings. Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in biology, a Minor in Chemistry, and a concentration in Lab Sciences and Fine Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a former chemist for the State of New Jersey. Her hobbies are anything science related, wine collecting, and golfing.
