Faith Graf is the Processing Manager at Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC. Faith is responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of the exchange transaction as a Qualified Intermediary, including the preparation of 1031 exchange documents, and strategic exchange considerations with clients and their advisors. She also oversees our team of Exchange Coordinators and manages client relations.

Prior to joining Legal 1031 in 2017, Faith was a Real Estate Paralegal concentrating on lender representation and residential properties. She has experience in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, lender representation, and the facilitation of real estate closings.

Faith received her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the University at Albany, SUNY with a concentration in Public Law. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Nassau Community College. Faith is a notary public in Nassau County. She is also a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, Inc. (FEA). Through the FEA, she has earned the designation of Certified Exchange Specialist (CES), which demonstrates her comprehensive knowledge of Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
