Ryan Conoboy serves as Exchange Director for Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and is based in Chicago. Prior to joining Legal 1031 he worked as a Senior Vice President for Inland Securities Corporation, one of the nation’s largest real estate companies and industry leaders in offering passive 1031 Exchange replacement options utilizing Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). While there, Ryan helped educate financial advisors, CPAs, realtors, real estate attorneys, and their clients on the intricacies of 1031 Exchanges tax code as well as their available replacement options. His extensive background in both financial planning and tax planning gives him a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge that he can utilize to add value within his network.
