Julia Mastrotto, Esq., is In-House Counsel at Legal 1031 Exchange Services, LLC. In her role as Counsel, Julia supports the functions and operations of the business and serves as a resource for Legal 1031’s clients and their advisors.

Prior to working for Legal 1031, Julia worked for a New York law firm where she zealously represented her clients in complex civil litigation matters and contested matrimonial actions. In addition to her litigation practice, Julia worked for a prominent Long Island real estate firm wherein she counseled her clients through their residential real estate purchases, refinances, and sales. Julia’s diverse professional background also includes business law, most notably micro-capital company restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings.

Julia received her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada, and her Juris Doctor from Touro Law School in New York. She is a licensed New York State Notary Public, a member of the American Bar Association, a member of the Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar Association, and a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
